At the moment, there are no family doctors available(GPs), so you have to rely on walk-in clinics. The province and city are taking action to ease the problem as far as I know, but it might take more than a year to start seeing tangible results. For now, unless is an emergency, the healthcare situation is dire due to the low amount of healthcare workers in the area: The cost of living in Victoria is high and they are paid the same.
